With more than 25 years in construction – much of it in design/build project delivery - Ben’s experience provides valuable insight to all Certified Air Conditioning key management personnel.   Working specifically with newly awarded projects, Ben is responsible for developing and transitioning projects from the estimating phase to project management and field operations.  He performs a thorough project analysis, provides schedules and timelines, reviews submittals and budgets, oversees contract execution requirements, and reviews project for quality control and constructability.
