Terry manages business development, and oversees estimating, bidding and design/build. Terry believes that building relationships is as important as building the projects themselves. Terry has been with Certified Air Conditioning for over twenty years, and is an active member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers, the Associated General Contractors, the Associated Builders and Contractors, and the Society of American Military Engineers.
