In commercial spaces, where occupied density is at its highest and the population is diverse, having an HVAC system that allows each tenant to conduct their specific business while remaining comfortable throughout the day is critical.

Holualoa Buildings 1 and 2 (Mission Valley) – San Diego, California

This property is comprised of two commercial office buildings, with numerous types of tenants ranging from chiropractors and medical offices to lawyers to military contractors requiring special badges and escorts for access. Certified Air Conditioning renovated this circa 19__ building by upgrading the entire HVAC system – including heat pump unit change outs, cooling tower and pump replacements and water system problems. Note: Certified Air Conditioning also provides regularly scheduled maintenance and service at the Holualoa Buildings.

Target Santee, California

Bid as a reverse auction, where (describe reverse auction), our work on this project consisted of installing large rooftop package units, exhaust systems and all ductwork. The installation of the package units was completed with the use of a helicopter, coordinated by Certified Air Conditioning.
