Other Public Works Projects

In addition to projects for the federal and state government, and branches of the military, Certified Air Conditioning has completed numerous other ‘public works’ projects, including complete design and installation of complex HVAC systems for a number of fire stations in San Diego County.

Rancho Cielo Fire Station - Rancho Cielo, California Whether design/build or just ‘best value’ bid, developing and installing the HVAC systems for a fire station is not unlike the challenges inherent in a “mixed use facility.” In this case, Certified Air Conditioning provided total HVAC solutions and systems for living quarters, sleeping areas and kitchens, as well as the high bay areas for fire trucks and equipment. We furnished and installed split-system heating and air conditioning with variable volume air control for room comfort, kitchen exhaust, gas fired heaters and ventilation. We also furnished and installed the vehicle exhaust systems for the high bay areas.
