That’s why we dedicate significant resources to maintaining a ‘safety culture’ in our daily business routines and on our jobsites. Our healthy ex-mod and low workers’ comp rates – which allow us to be highly competitive when bidding your work – are proof that at Certified Air Conditioning, safety is a very serious matter.
As a tenured HVAC contractor on military construction projects for many years, Certified Air Conditioning personnel are “Competent and Qualified” in accordance with Army Corp of Engineers requirements. Through ongoing safety training, our staff possesses the technical expertise and knowledge to recognize and develop project-specific Activity Hazard Analyses. Each AHA is thoroughly reviewed by every member of the project team, before any of our work begins.
All of our key personnel, management and superintendent staff are equipped with their own copy of the EM-385 Safety Manual. In addition, a copy of the EM-385 is also kept in every jobsite trailer.
