What you're viewing is a 10,000 pound cement cover that allows access to the equipment. Inside this building is a generator that produces enough electricity to pay for the city's entire operations at that site. Our crew installed a 12,000cfm PACE air handler, a roof-top ventilator & an exhaust fan inside the building that processes the city's effluent out to sea, and another large exhaust fan to expel the heat from the grounding resistor.
